All contacts are required to be in English.
Any support mails or contacts of any other language will be ignored and the account holder will be suspended. No exceptions.
Effective March 31, 2007, we will no longer allow proxy IPs or AOL e-mail address's.
Upgraded Members will be paid the same as free members. Upgraded members are required to be active or be suspended. That means click at least 1 paid link in a 30 day period.
We reserve the right to refuse and/or delete any account we feel necessary. We will not tolerate cheating of any kind nor will we tolerate vulgar language, threatening or abusive emails. If you see fit to send us nasty emails or cheat - your account will be deleted and you will be banned from this site permanently. For further information, please see "Cheating" below.
By signing up and actively using the Galaxymails program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Galaxymails may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Galaxymails. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Should you choose to terminate this agreement by canceling your account, you forfeit all earnings and referrals in doing so. Your continued participation in the Galaxymails program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Days of operation:
Galaxymails administrative staff will process advertising and respond to support emails Monday through Friday except holidays. Regular daily emails already set up in the system will be sent seven (7) days a week. Advertising and support requested over the weekend will be processed as soon as possible during regular business days. When requesting support via email or ad requests, please allow our staff seventy-two (72) hours to respond to your email and/or process your advertising request before sending an additional support request.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Our program is open to Tier1 and Tier2 members only (please see list of un-allowed countries above) and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Galaxymails account. Your payout account must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Galaxymails account and must be in your name. You may share the same home address as another member only if you first contact us for approval.
You will use your email address or User ID / password combination to access your account. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information by logging into your Galaxymails account and press the user information/profile link located in your Member's Menu. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Galaxymails account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Galaxymails be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Use of "SQUID" is prohibited. If your IP registers as "SQUID" your account may be deleted.
You agree to receive email advertising from Galaxymails, limited to no more than one hundred (100) per day. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked or bounces, your account will be placed on "inbox only" mail delivery. If this happens, you must either change your email address OR use the "inbox only" option. If your emails continue to bounce 10 or more consecutive times, your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals.
You must be able to read English to participate in our program. "English Tests" are sent on a regular basis. Failure of three (3) English Tests will result in account deletion and forfeiture of all earnings and referrals. All advertisements shall be written in English for English speaking sites only. No other languages will be accepted. If you send us an email that is clearly written with the aid of a translation program, your account will be deleted.
If you click the "I Don't Read English" or "Delete Me", "I Cheat", "I use cheat software" boxes in the Interests section, your account will be deleted. If you select "Donate My Earnings", your earnings will be donated to our Contest PTC section - no refunds.
Galaxymails has a "Zero Tolerance" stand on cheating. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all earnings and referrals.
Any member found to have "gibberrish" in the user info (ie., First Name: ghdkl etc) will have their account deleted and forfeit all earnings and referrals. Any member sending the administration gibberish emails or submitting blatantly false advertising requests will have their account deleted and forfeit all earnings and referrals.
Any member caught storing, saving, bookmarking, ect., any runner links and clicking those links will be terminated.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Galaxymails are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Galaxymails. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Galaxymails. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Galaxymails program.
Limitation of Liability:
Galaxymails will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Galaxymails program, even if Galaxymails has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Galaxymails aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Activity Requirements:
In the event that you do not click at least one link for a period of more than thirty (30) days, your account will be terminated for inactivity and you will forfeit all earnings and referrals. Please refer to PTP activity requirements below.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving and reading paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Galaxymails. Blind-Clicking is cheating and your account will be deleted if you are deemed to be blind-clicking.
Members may earn some extra income by referring new members to the Galaxymails program. Members will earn 20% of their direct referrals cash earnings. Members must be 25% as active as the members on your downline. You will not be credited if you have not logged in to your account in 30 days.
Galaxymails will pay members when their balance reaches $1.00 and they request payment. Members' accounts must be in good standing and member must be active (see activity requirements) to receive payout. Payments will be made within forty-five (45) days or a reasonable time after.
You will not be paid if you have not been active in the thirty (30) days prior to payout eligibility. This applies to Upgraded Members as well as Free Members. Please see activity requirements. You will not be paid if your account is on vacation. You will not be paid if you have clicked a cheat link in the last 30 days. If you have requested payout and you fall into any of the above listed categories, your request will be canceled.
Members may request payout once every thirty (30) days. Please see our PTP activity requirements regarding payouts. This is a Paid to read site and you are required to be active in the PTR section of the site in order to be paid for your PTP activity.
Members will be paid via Paypal (no Fee)/Alert Pay (no Fee) .
Members are responsible for providing correct payment information. Galaxymails will not be held responsible for payments sent to inaccurate email addresses as the member is 100% responsible for having provided the payment information on the payout request form. If we cannot process your payout due to inaccurate account information or payment processor limitations on your account, your request will be canceled.
PTP Activity Requirements: You will still be required to be an active member. This means you will be required to click at least fifty (50) paid ads in any 30 day period.
Advertising:
Galaxymails does not accept advertising for Adult, Illegal, Gambling, MLM, HYIP, Randomizers, sites that promote or encourage racism or "hate", or Non-English language sites. We reserve the right to refuse to advertise sites that are clearly unsustainable as shown by their site information as well as advertise sites with webmasters who have clearly used unethical business practices.
Any Member/Advertiser who purchases and/or redeems for an ad for any non-allowed advertisement - will forfeit the amount of redemption or payment. We do not issue refunds.
We do not change ads once they have been processed. The member/advertiser is responsible to submit proper links for their advertising request. We will not change your links for any reason except the site being advertised has gone out of business.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Galaxymails and may result in legal prosecution. Galaxymails strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Galaxymails may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Galaxymails will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups. If you report us for spam after you have signed up using our DOUBLE OPT IN program, your account will be deleted and you will be banned from all Galaxymails .
Cheating:
If you are caught using Any kind of "cheating" software; ie., mass sign-up software or link grabbing software, YOU WILL BE DELETED!! You will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals.
If you click the: "I Cheat" "Delete Me", "I Don't Read English" or "I use cheat software" boxes in the Interests Section, your account WILL be DELETED and you will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals.
If you click three (3) or more Cheat Links or Cheat Banners, your account WILL be DELETED and you will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals. Our Cheat Links are ALL clearly marked and there is NO excuse for clicking on more than three. If you click thirty (30) or more bad turing numbers in one month, your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals.
If you Search from a disallowed Country, your account WILL be DELETED and you will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals. Only members from the following countries may perform searches: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
If your account was deleted for cheating, you will NOT be allowed to re-join our program. If you do re-join, we will find your account and delete it as well.
Bottom line, I WILL NOT TOLERATE cheating of ANY kind! We are fair to all of our members! Our members and advertisers, as well as myself and staff work FAR too hard to have to deal with cheaters! If your account is suddenly "missing", please check at the forum to see if your name is listed.
